Republican senator faults Trump vaccine policy for US measles deaths as panel weighs health nominees

The U.S. Senate health committee's Republican chairman on Wednesday blamed the approach toward ​vaccines taken by President Donald Trump's administration for recent measles deaths in Pennsylvania and pressed the president's pick for surgeon general to state plainly that ‌vaccines do not cause autism.
