Florida judge dismisses lawsuit over faceless Reese's pumpkins

Two Florida consumers claimed they paid extra for Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins based on the carved faces shown on the packaging. A federal judge disagreed, calling their only alleged injury “subjective disappointment.”
