Lakeville hangar owner seeks answers as Xcel electric bills spike, balance tops $61K

A Lakeville airplane hangar owner says his Xcel Energy bill jumped from about $40 a month to upwards of $10,000 in some months, despite no major change in his power usage. His account balance has now topped $61,000, and Xcel says it plans to investigate further.
