Parents allege Fayetteville School District violated federal disability laws in its treatment of elementary student

FAYETTEVILLE -- The School District discriminated against a disabled student and broke numerous state and federal laws in the process, with one administrator trying to purge the proof, the student's parents argued in a court filing Friday.
