Central Arkansas Library System chief says officials struggling with ‘impossible to understand’ parts of 2023 law

Officials at the Central Arkansas Library System remain in an uncertain place as they await clarification from a federal appeals court about a ruling that upheld a law related to library materials, the library system's executive director said Friday.
