Shapiro outspending Garrity by 20-to-1 margin in race for Pa. governor

Democratic incumbent Gov. Josh Shapiro outspent his Republican gubernatorial challenger Stacy Garrity by a 20-to-1 margin in the 13-week period that ended Sept. 14, according to campaign finance reports released Tuesday. The filings show Shapiro spent $31.8 million between June 9 and Sept. 14, while Garrity spent nearly $1.6 million
