Spanberger announces energy plan amid growing demand

Gov. Abigail Spanberger announced Thursday the state’s latest energy plan. The plan, which is mandated every four years and describes energy goals for the next 10, proposes models that the governor’s administration says will meet the state’s clean energy goals at the lowest cost to customers.
