Philly’s former LGBTQ+ affairs director sued the Parker administration for discrimination

Celena Morrison, who led the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs from 2020 to November 2024, is the latest official who worked on diversity and inclusion matters to sue Mayor Parker's administration.
