DeWine declares Dolly Parton Day, honoring music legend’s career, efforts to help Ohio children

Gov. Mike DeWine declared Sept. 25 as Dolly Parton Day, honoring the music legends contributions to child literacy in Ohio. The Imagination Library now reaches about 65% of Ohio children, mailing free books every month from birth to age 5.
