A 'black book' lists 34 people banned from Illinois casinos. It's rarely updated and likely missing names.

Answering to Gov. JB Pritzker, the Illinois Gaming Board has added just a dozen names to its "involuntary exclusion" list, as the black book is formally known, in his seven-plus years in office. Why certain nefarious characters are banned while others get a pass is a mystery.
