4,000 additional ballots in Washington rejected due to late postmark even as more voters use ballot drop boxes

OLYMPIA – Spokane County bucked a statewide trend as one of 10 counties that saw a drop in the number of ballots rejected in the August primary due to a late postmark, according to a study published by Sen. Maria Cantwell.
