ICE officers hit man running from them with SUV

Family members of a man hit by a vehicle while running from iCE are demanding justice. The man has a broken leg after being struck. DHS says the man ran in front of the vehicle but video of the incident appears to show the SUV veering into him. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
