Dominion-NextEra merger: Local delegates want to hear Hampton Roads concerns

The proposed Dominion Energy and NextEra merger has generated statewide dialogue of energy costs and utility bills. So Virginia lawmakers are taking the conversation on the road to hear concerns from residents and to answer questions. The "Energy Costs Listening Tour" led by Lt. Gov. Ghazala Hashmi will make a stop at The Slover in Norfolk on Tuesday.
