LU to receive nearly $1.6 million in federal funding

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Lincoln University in Jefferson City is set to receive $1.58 million in federal funding, according to multiple press releases from government officials. The money is part of a one-time investment of more than $174 million by the federal government toward Historically Black Colleges and Universities, according to a Sept. 22 press release
