Ex-Fayetteville banker denied new trial after federal judge rejects convicted fraudster’s motion

FAYETTEVILLE -- A former Fayetteville banker convicted of federal fraud charges won't be getting a new trial after a judge found that the "new" evidence he claimed to have unearthed isn't actually new and was available before trial.
