Scout Motors announces $82M investment, bringing new to Upstate

State and local leaders, including Gov. Henry McMaster, U.S. Rep. William Timmons and the state’s commerce secretary, joined executives from several of the new Scout Motors suppliers to announce the more than $82 million investment on Wednesday morning.
