Ex-White House economic advisor: There is shortage of workers, not jobs

Stephen Moore, former White House economic advisor, joined Anna Kooiman on "Morning in America" to discuss the upcoming midterm elections. As an economic expert, he gave insight into affordability and the economy following September's jobs report, saying that there is a "shortage of workers in this country, not a shortage of jobs."
