Louisiana Economic Development signed nondisclosure agreements with Oracle and Tesla, among other companies, records show.It’s not clear what the state may be discussing with the companies. Their NDAs with the state are among hundreds that Gov. Jeff Landry’s administration has signed, some of which have led to announcements of economic development projects.
