Boston-area man in federal custody after Metro Detroit teens report nude photo demands

Malden police say Anthony Lamont Fowlkes was arrested Tuesday morning without incident on a federal warrant and turned over to Homeland Security Investigations. The case is pending in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
